Oct. 2-- How Minnesota Aging Pathways Can Help You
Minnesota Aging Pathways, a service of the Minnesota Board on Aging, helps older Minnesotans and their caregivers find answers and connect to the services and support they need. We can help with Medicare, find prescription drug cost assistance, complete forms and applications, provide long-term care counseling, find resources in your community, connect people with caregiver support, and much more.

Nov. 6-- Wander Well: Health Strategies for International Travel
Lori Hart is a nurse practitioner who has practiced in international travel health for more than 20 years. She has counseled thousands of travelers preparing for international journeys and is an experienced global traveler and advocate for healthy, informed travel practices. Lori has participated in medical-related volunteer work in Haiti, Mexico, Peru, Kenja and Nepal, with a special interest in altitude medicine and wellness during international travel. Lori enjoys sharing insights on travel wellness, preparation, vaccinations, food, and insect-borne illnesses during international journeys.

April 2-- Why Movement is Life: Exercises for Longevity
Learn about the lymphatic system and its role in health, including how exercise, nutrients, and hydration can help keep you healthy and live a long life.

Dr. Michael Osterholm is an epidemiologist, Regents Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota. He has served in various roles at the University of Minnesota and with several different governmental agencies. He is an author and has published multiple papers.
