About UMWC Scholarships:
It is the mission of the University of Minnesota Women's Club to financially assist University of Minnesota students needing help to achieve their educational goals, and we encourage all UMWC members to support the Club's mission. We believe that educated students make good, contributing citizens our communities and the world.
Our support for students has been ongoing since 1914, shortly after the UMWC was founded. Overall we have awarded more than $1.5 million in scholarships. In recent years, UMWC members have provided more than 50 scholarships per year.
