If you are interested in the latest health information, especially for women, join us. Previous topics ranged from exercise and dance to genetics and women’s cancer, yoga to healthy feet, and medical marijuana uses. Hear from experts in the field on the new topics below. Meetings are at St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Roseville, 1660 W. County Road B.  Become a member of our group and gain the knowledge you need for better health.

Programs 2024-25

 Oct. 4-Strengthen and Lengthen
(Chair or Standing Exercises) This fifty-minute class gives you a choice of standing low impact or seated warm-up, followed by strength and core work, balance, and ending with some stretching and relaxation. Feel free to bring your own weights.

Nov. 1-Anatomy Bequest Program The Anatomy Bequest Program is a bodydonation program through the University of Minnesota. The program supports medical research and education that saves hundreds and thousands of lives.
