Oct. 11 - Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Dr. Zohar Sachs, MD., PhD, Assistant Professor of Medicine, Masonic Cancer Center, Hematology/Oncology, Research.  Dr. Sachs will discuss current research in AML.
Location: Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Building, Room TBD

Nov. 8-Tour and Talk University of Minnesota James Ford Bell Library Marguerite Ragnow, PhD, Curator James Ford Bell Library, Graduate Faculty Member: History, Early Modern Studies, Medieval Studies, and Consortium for the Study of the Premodern World.

Dr. Ragnow will provide a tour of and discuss two library exhibitions: Eyes on the World: Cartography in the Age of Sail, and Curious Strangers: Views of the Other on Early Modern 11 Maps. We will also look at and discuss a few maps not in the exhibits. 

If the weather is uncooperative, Dr. Ragnow will give us a Zoom presentation entitled “The Race to Conquer England: 1066 and All That.”

Apr. 10 -The Ready Steady Study 
Siobahn McMahon, PhD, RN: Associate Professor, University of Minnesota School of Nursing.
 Dr. McMahon will discuss the methodology and results of the Ready Steady Wellness Program, a research project designed to assess different ways to help people increase and maintain their level of physical activity.

 May 8 -Art Walk on Campus with the Art Section Rain date **May 9** 
We will walk about one hour to see public art on the West Bank campus using the Weismann Museum’s guide. This includes three places with installations and a garden with several more.
